I have lived and worked in 5 different countries and as many industries, holding an international management degree, a MA in intercultural communication and a PhD in organizational and cultural communication. My main interests lie in diverse forms of organizing processes; new forms of working and workplaces and the quest for ‘good work’ in everyday life. I am particularly dedicated to health, especially issues of global health. Aside from being the ringbearer of the Good Work Circle, I am also a cofounder of COMMUNEcation, an online community of international scholars, practitioners and activists interested in organizing and communicating social change; and a partner in Extanz, a boutique social media practice dedicated to social media optimization for extraordinary organizations. In my spare time, I am also an avid NIA, yoga and pilates participant, and pursuer of art in everyday life
