Google is quite possibly one of the most ingenious companies to ever see the face of this earth. This website was merely a high school project between two men who had ambitions of one day creating their dream. This website goes far beyond the virtual web, and has a base of employees larger than life. Google is not only the world’s premier search engine, but it has also become one of the world’s most exclusive places to work. From its gourmet cafeteria, to its overall treatment of employees, Google is the place to work.
According to a submission of the Google work atmosphere at Youtube.com, I became educated on what it was really like to be an employee of Google. The extremely high standard of Google’s employment recruiting has become the main reason Google has taken a high mark in its rating as one of the best places to work. Google has taken into consideration the concept of good work and this allows its employees to truly be rewarded for coming to work.
On site Pool Tables, Foosball, athletic club, and tennis courts make Google a work environment that caters to its employees with the full intention of keeping the work environment productive. The small things such as the availability of organic food, and these games are just a few of the reasons why Google is keeping it self at such a high standard. Before Google it was nearly impossible to find a company that would value its employees in over the top ways, but here it is folks, Google.
